Danyal is on a mission of nurturing growth and creativity in Muslim-led spaces. He is an experienced Nonprofit Leader with a background in psychology and a master’s in social work, specializing in nonprofit management. Danyal currently serves as the Executive Director of The Family & Youth Institute (The FYI), a nonprofit dedicated to building stronger Muslim Families through mental health research and education. His previous leadership roles include the national Director of Muslim Family Services at ICNA Relief USA, the Islamic Association of Raleigh (IAR) CEO, and the Islamic Society of Allentown (ISA) Executive Director. Danyal is known to be compassionate and creative with a proven track record of success over many years. Outside work, Danyal shares insights on personal development and community work.
