Ali Suleiman Ali is the Muslim Community of Western Suburbs imam and the director of Muslim Family Services, ICNA USA Relief in Detroit. Ali S Ali obtained his BA in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the Islamic University of Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia, and his Ph.D. in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Ali S Ali is a co-founder of the American Learning Institute for Muslims (Alim), a member of the Fiqh Council of North America, a member of the general assembly (MGA) of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), and one of the khubara’a of The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA)
