Salam, My name is Tahsina and I’m a senior at Smith College. I’m majoring in Psychology with a minor in Economics. I have always been interested in learning about Islamic Psychology and why there are so many stereotypes in the Muslim community regarding mental health. After graduation I’d like to go into Marketing or HR which is why I decided to intern with The FYI. However, in the long run I’d like to explore more of the Islamic Psychology and hopefully do further studies in that field. One fun fact about me is that I studied Arabic for two years and had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Morocco and Jordan! I like to spend my free time going out with family and friends, traveling, and taking care of my two cats. Hoping to have a great time working with The FYI.
