Catastrophizing is a common cognitive distortion that makes us anxious, depressed and unmotivated. It’s basically expecting the worst. When we expect the worst, we invite those things into our lives. In this video, I teach you how to recognize catastrophizing and 3 steps from CBT (cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to replacing those negative thoughts with something more helpful. When we stop expecting the worst through catastrophizing, we can live a happier, healthier, more vibrant life.
